Timing of payment	First payment: at the time the application for the paid plan (the payment procedure) is completed. From the second payment onwards: payment is taken on the automatic monthly renewal date (the same day each month), counted from the date of the first application.
Timing of provision of the service	The functions of the plan become available immediately after the payment procedure for the paid plan is completed.
Special terms on returns, cancellation and termination	Returns and refunds: given the nature of the service provided (digital content and the provision of functionality), we cannot accept returns, cancellations or refunds of the price after payment has been completed. Termination: you may cancel a paid plan (stop automatic renewal) at any time from My Page or a similar screen within the Service. Even after cancelling, you can continue to use your current plan until the next renewal date. No pro rata refund is made if you cancel part-way through a month.
